The Quooker tap entirely revolutionises daily kitchen routines, instantly delivering true boiling, hot, cold, and—with the addition of the Quooker CUBE—filtered chilled and sparkling water all from a single, beautiful fixture. Serving design-conscious clients across Kent and East Sussex, we integrate these state-of-the-art tap systems to eliminate the visual clutter of standard kettles, clearing worktop space entirely. It is the ultimate fusion of modern culinary convenience, advanced water filtration, and high-end minimalism.

Iconic Designs to match Luxury Kitchen Styling
Quooker systems are engineered to complement any premium kitchen architecture, available in a beautiful array of profiles and luxury finishes. From the architectural silhouette of the Flex (featuring a convenient pull-out spray hose) to the sleek, minimalist Front and the timeless, detailed lines of the Classic Fusion, there is a style for every interior aesthetic. Homeowners can customise their installation with stunning, durable finishes including matte black, deep gunmetal, brilliant 24-carat gold, and a living patinated brass that gracefully changes character over time.

Unrivalled Safety & High-Vacuum Energy Efficiency
Despite carrying live boiling water, Quooker is fundamentally engineered to be the safest choice for busy family households. It utilises a patented, child-proof push-and-turn textured bezel that makes accidental activation impossible, while a double-insulated aerated spray prevents spit backs or scalds.

Do you provide professional Quooker tap installation across Kent and East Sussex?
Yes. We offer a full, end-to-end specification and installation service for the entire Quooker portfolio across both Kent and East Sussex, covering areas like Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Lewes, and Haywards Heath. Our expert team ensures that the water tanks, scale control filters, and optional CUBE units are meticulously integrated into your sink cabinetry, maintaining clean pipework runs and maximum storage efficiency.
How does the Quooker CUBE work?
The Quooker CUBE is an optional, additional compact tank that sits neatly beside your main boiling tank in the base cupboard. It chills incoming mains water and passes it through an active carbon filter. To provide sparkling water, the CUBE utilises a small, replaceable gas cylinder attached to the side of the unit. When you use the push-and-turn control ring on the tap, it dispenses crisp, perfectly carbonated sparkling water or still chilled water instantly.
How do you maintain a Quooker tap in hard water areas like Kent and Sussex?
Because the Southeast is notorious for very hard water, lime scale management is essential to protect your appliance. When we install a Quooker system in Kent or East Sussex, we highly recommend adding the Quooker Scale Control R filtration cartridge. This system optimises the water quality, significantly reduces scale buildup inside the high-vacuum heating tank, and ensures your boiling water always tastes crisp and pure while extending the overall lifespan of the tap’s internal valves.
What does a flashing red light on the Quooker tap mean?
The meaning depends entirely on the speed of the flash:
Slow, steady pulsing: This is simply an indication that your internal filtration system (like the HiTAC carbon filter or scale cartridge) is nearing the end of its lifespan and needs replacing soon.
Rapid flashing: This indicates a technical glitch or a loss of communication between the under-sink tank and the tap interface. You can often clear this yourself by performing a hard reset: turn off the tank using the red ‘Q’ button on the cover, unplug it from the mains wall socket, disconnect the black LED data cable from the back of the tank cover, wait 10 minutes, then plug everything back in and switch it on.
What is the standard manufacturer warranty on a new Quooker system?
All genuine Quooker products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labor. To activate this coverage, you must register your system’s unique cylinder tank serial number (which begins with codes like VCW, CPW, or CCW) and your optional CUBE serial number on the official My Quooker registry portal.
How much clearance space is needed in the sink cupboard for a Quooker setup?
The required footprint depends on the specific modules you choose. The standard PRO3 boiling tank is a vertical cylinder measuring 44 cm high by 15 cm in diameter, fitting comfortably into a standard 600 mm wide base unit. If you choose to upgrade your kitchen with the Quooker CUBE for filtered chilled and sparkling water, you will need to allocate an additional 50 cm of height, 22 cm of width, and 34 cm of depth right beside your primary heating reservoir.
How often do the filters need to be changed in hard water regions?
Because Kent and East Sussex have notorious hard water supplies, proactive filtration care keeps the system running cleanly:
The HiTAC® Active Carbon Filter: This purifies your main drinking water and should be replaced roughly every 12 months to stop taste degradation and bacterial build-up.
The Scale Control R Cartridge: This protects the tank from heavy calcium deposits. Depending on your local water hardness and daily volume usage, it typically requires a fresh cartridge replacement every 6 to 12 months.
Can you fit a Quooker tap to an existing sink, or do you need a specific type?
You can easily fit a Quooker tap to almost any standard modern sink, whether it is an under-mount, top-mount, Belfast, or solid surface worktop. The only requirement is a standard 35 mm diameter tap hole, which is the universal layout size for the vast majority of modern kitchen mixers. The only minor exception is if you have a very thin stainless steel sink; in those cases, our installers add a small reinforcement plate beneath the worktop to ensure the heavy, high-end tap body remains completely rigid with no flexing.
